Pole Dancing for 2 hours and 22 minutes
For 2 hours and 22 minutes
I danced around
Without stopping.
Although everything is turning around
my head feels dizzy
my body sways.
I maintain the rhythm,
grab it firmly
and I swing.
There is nothing else but me and it
I listen to my body and its responses to verticality
and I swing,
swing in a fury
where I see the world dancing
head spinning
never stop or you crash
head spinning around
the world is dancing
never really felt it this way before
my head just knows : never stop
It starts getting hot,
lights on me
and the world’s dancing
while my body is smashing open
my insides outside
and the world is dancing
it’s hard to breathe
hard to stand
but I maintain myself until I release the verticality
and smash to the ground
the last release
the last hot breathe…
